Specialism · Social media marketing

Social media marketing for the brand and its locations.

Head office builds the brand; every location wants customers from its own region. We make sure social media does both: one recognisable voice, with posts and ads that land locally.

When

Time for social media marketing if…

  • every location posts its own content, in its own style
  • the brand is visible nationally, but locations remain unknown locally
  • you spend your ad budget without knowing what it delivers
  • nobody keeps track of who comments and who gets a reply

What we do

One approach for all social media channels.

  1. 01

    Channel choice

We choose the channels where your audience really is, and leave the rest.

  2. 02

    Brand guidelines

Clear agreements on visuals, tone and what a location may post itself.

  3. 03

    Content

Posts from the brand that every location can use or add to locally.

  4. 04

    Advertising

Campaigns by region, so locations don’t outbid each other for the same people.

  5. 05

    Management

Comments and messages in one place, so no question goes unanswered.

  6. 06

    Measure

The numbers every month per channel and per location, with an honest explanation.

Why franchising is different

Social media for a franchise with locations.

Promoting a brand on social media looks simple: create a page and spend some budget. With a franchise there’s more to it. Head office wants a recognisable brand. The location wants customers from its own town. And the customer just wants to know where to go.

If every location does its own thing, you get ten different styles and ads bidding against each other. If only head office does it, things stay quiet locally. We combine both: the direction and content centrally, the local additions and regional reach locally.

With the right audience on the right channel, you reach a lot of people for a relatively small budget. If a channel isn’t working, we stop using it.

The channels

Which social media channel suits your franchise.

Social media marketing covers two things: creating and publishing organic posts, and advertising on the platforms. Which channel fits depends on your audience and your message. A selection of the channels we work with:

  • Facebook marketing: wide reach and local advertising around every location
  • Instagram marketing: images and video for brands with something to show
  • LinkedIn marketing: business audiences, and recruiting franchisees
  • Pinterest marketing: inspiration for visual products and services
  • TikTok marketing: short video for a younger audience

Frequently asked questions

About social media marketing.

What is social media marketing?

Using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to bring your brand, products or services to people’s attention. It’s about two things: creating and posting your own content, and advertising on those platforms. The goal is awareness, engagement and ultimately customers.

How do you measure social media success?

We look at reach, engagement, followers and above all at what it delivers: enquiries, appointments or sales. We measure that with the platforms’ own analytics and with external tools. You get the numbers every month, per channel and per location.

How often should you post?

That depends on the channel and your audience. Consistency matters more than high frequency. We test different schedules and look at what the responses show.

How do you handle negative comments?

Respond calmly and kindly, show that you take it seriously and try to solve the problem. If more explanation is needed, move the conversation to a private message. For a franchise we agree in advance who responds: head office or the location.

Do you work with influencers too?

For some campaigns, yes. We help with the audience, the message, choosing influencers and the agreements with them. There are platforms for finding suitable influencers, but it doesn’t suit every brand.

A good conversation first, then a plan.

In one hour we discuss where you stand and which opportunities we see. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
