When
Time for marketing automation if…
- enquiries sit there because nobody follows up in time
- locations keep sending the same emails by hand
- customers hear nothing more from you after their first purchase
- your CRM and your marketing run separately
What we do
From brainstorm to working flows.
- 01
Brainstorm
Together we decide what we’ll use automation for and which customer profiles we’ll build.
- 02
Planning
We put the automations in order of priority, so the most important ones go live first.
- 03
Integrations
We connect the website, CRM and email software, so data comes together in one place.
- 04
Flows
We build the workflows: welcome emails, enquiry follow-up, reminders and more.
- 05
Content
Copy and templates in the house style, with room for the details of the customer’s own location.
- 06
Measure
We measure what every flow delivers and improve what lags behind.
Personalisation
Personalisation with marketing automation.
Marketing automation is using software to automate marketing processes. The big advantage lies in personalisation: every customer gets a message that matches their behaviour and interests.
For a franchise, the location plays a key role in that. A customer who requests a quote gets a confirmation with the name and address of their own location. A customer who bought something two years ago gets a service reminder from the shop around the corner. Head office builds the flow once, and it works for every location.
- Personalised emails based on behaviour and previous purchases
- Dynamic content on the website and in emails, tailored to interest or region
- Lifecycle marketing: the right message at every stage of the customer relationship
Applications
How do you use marketing automation?
The best-known application is email: automatic emails based on a trigger, such as a sign-up, an enquiry or a purchase. But marketing automation also helps with lead generation and lead scoring, scheduling social media, connecting to your CRM and reporting on campaigns.
What matters is that the foundation is right. Without good data and properly configured tracking, within the rules on cookies and privacy, no automation works well. That’s why we sort that out first.
We often work with HubSpot and Reloadify. If you already use another package that fits well, we’ll work with that.

Frequently asked questions
About marketing automation.
What is marketing automation?
Using software to automate marketing tasks, such as email campaigns, lead follow-up, social media and keeping in touch with customers.
How do I ensure a good implementation?
With good planning and the involvement of everyone who works with it, which for a franchise includes the locations. We start with a brainstorm, draw up a prioritised plan and then improve based on the numbers.
What are the pitfalls?
Poor data, automating so much that contact becomes impersonal, and tracking that doesn’t comply with privacy rules. A clear plan prevents most problems.
Which software should I choose?
Look at features, integrations, ease of use and whether it scales with the number of locations. We’ll help you choose. If you already work with a package that fits, we’ll learn it.
A good conversation first, then a plan.
In one hour we discuss where you stand and which opportunities we see. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
